仔細研究了 velib' 官方網站的資訊 後發現：

The tickets Vélib' 1 day and 7 days give right an unlimited number to you of ways throughout all your subscription. The first 30 minutes of each way are free. If you must carry out a way higher than 30 minutes, the cost of the Vélib services' will be output on your bank account at the same time as the cost of your subscription, at the end of its period of validity.
As of the opening of the service this summer, you will be able to contract a subscription Courte Duration in any Vélib station' equipped with a terminal.
** Deposit: within the framework of your subscription Short Lasted, you will have to accept an pre-authorization of taking away (without cashing) of 150 € on your bank account. In the event of non-observance of the General Conditions of Access and consultable Use of Vélib' soon on this site or in station, and in particular in the event of not-restitution of your bicycle beyond of deadline a 24 hours, whole or part of the amount of the deposit could be boxed.
另外一點要注意的是：不是只要付租金就好，這個租金是你有隨時（在你選擇的時間內，1 日/週/年）使用腳踏車的權利，但使用時只有前半小時是免費，之後就要以每半小時一歐元計。若你這次用了四小時，就需要 1 + 7 (3.5 hr) = 8 歐元。
一般租車都在 12-15 歐元間，也就說若一次要騎 6-8 小時，就和一般的租車差不多。
但若是我每半小時就到另一站還車後，再換另借一輛車呢？後面的半小時還是 free 嗎？
